This release refines the two places you spend the most time — Flow Mode and the sidebar — with smarter defaults, new controls, and an AI upgrade that makes your coaching conversations sharper. **Released:** Tuesday, April 15, 2026 ### Set a Precise End Time in Flow Mode You can now click the end time on your timer bar to set exactly when you want to finish. A small time picker appears inline — type "15:30" and the timer adjusts instantly. No more mental math converting "I need to stop at 3:30" into "that's 47 more minutes." Just tell Flow Mode when you're done. ### Sidebar Peek-on-Hover The sidebar now has three states instead of two. Collapse it to get the slim rail, then hover to temporarily peek at your full navigation without committing to expanding it. Move your mouse away and it collapses back automatically. If you want it to stay, click the chevron to pin it open. The sidebar is also slightly narrower (224px vs 288px) so your content gets more room. The keyboard shortcut Shift+< still toggles between pinned and collapsed. ### Go Zen / Exit Zen Toggle Flow Mode now includes a "Go Zen" button below your action buttons. One click strips away the Notes and Tasks panels for a completely distraction-free view — just your task title, timer, and nothing else. Click "Exit Zen" to bring your workspace panels back. It's a quick way to toggle between heads-down focus and active working mode. ### Smarter Flow Mode Defaults When you enter Flow Mode for the first time, Notes and Tasks panels now start pinned open. Most people were pinning these immediately anyway — now the default matches the workflow. Your preferences are still remembered once you customize. ### Upgraded AI Models Your AI coach now runs on Claude Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku 4.5 — the latest generation of Anthropic's models. You may notice faster, more thoughtful responses in voice coaching sessions and AI-generated suggestions throughout the app. ## How This Helps You Level Up These changes share a theme: reducing the small frictions that pull you out of flow. Setting an end time should be one click, not a calculation. Checking your navigation shouldn't require deciding whether to expand the sidebar. Switching between deep focus and active planning shouldn't mean rearranging panels. Each improvement is small on its own, but together they keep you in the zone longer — which is where your best work happens.
