MakeTimeFlow is now available on your iPhone. We've been quietly testing the iOS app with a small group, and today we're opening the beta to everyone. If you've ever wished you could check your today list, quickly capture a task, or talk to your AI coach while away from your desk — now you can!
**Released:** Sunday, February 9, 2026
### MakeTimeFlow for iOS
The iOS app is built around calm, focused execution. It's not trying to be the full desktop experience crammed into a small screen — it's designed for what you actually need on the go:
- **Your Today list** — See exactly what you committed to today, right from your pocket
- **Quick task creation** — Capture tasks the moment they come to mind, before they slip away
- **Voice conversations** — Talk to your AI coach when typing feels like too much
When you open MakeTimeFlow on your phone's browser, you'll now see a banner inviting you to download the app. You can also find it on the **Apps & Integrations** page. The app uses TestFlight for now — tap the download link and you'll be guided through Apple's beta install process.
Already signed in on the web? Tap **Open in App** on the mobile banner and you'll be signed in automatically — no need to re-enter your password.
### Deep Links for Power Users
We've added support for the `maketimeflow://` URL scheme across desktop and iOS. This means you can create links that jump straight into specific parts of the app — from iOS Shortcuts, calendar events, Obsidian notes, or browser bookmarks.
A few examples of what you can do:
- Add `maketimeflow://today` to a morning calendar event to start your day in MakeTimeFlow
- Create an iOS Shortcut that says "Hey Siri, show my tasks"
- Link `maketimeflow://add-task?title=Follow up on meeting` from your notes
For the full list of supported URLs and integration examples, see [[URL Scheme]].
## How This Helps You Level Up
Your goals don't pause when you step away from your desk. With MakeTimeFlow on your phone, you stay connected to what matters — capturing ideas in the moment, checking your commitments before a meeting, or reflecting with your AI coach during a walk. It's the same calm, focused MakeTimeFlow experience, designed for life in motion.
## What's Next
The iOS app is in active development. We're working on richer task interactions, timer support, and tighter integration with iOS features. Your feedback during this beta shapes what we build — let us know what you love and what you need.
