We've enhanced the mind map integration to make weekly planning even easier. Now, when you're planning your week in your favorite mind mapping tool (like Freeplane):
1. **Simply bold the tasks** you want to work on next week. When you import the mind map back into MakeTimeFlow, those bolded tasks will automatically be placed in the @next bucket.
2. When exporting from MakeTimeFlow, all tasks in your @next bucket will be **automatically displayed as bold** in the mind map, making them visually distinct.
3. **NEW:** We now automatically remove the `@next` and `@later` tags from tasks in the exported mind map. This makes editing in your mind mapping tool much easier:
- To add a task to next week's work, just bold it
- To remove it from next week's work, just unbold it
- No need to manually add or remove `@next` tags in your mind map!
This improvement streamlines the weekly planning process. At the end of each week:
1. Clear all your buckets using the bulk edit feature
2. Export your tasks as a mind map
3. Open in Freeplane and bold the tasks you want to tackle next week
4. Import back into MakeTimeFlow - the bolded tasks will be in your @next bucket
No more manually adding @next to dozens of tasks! This visual approach makes weekly planning more intuitive and faster.
The feature works with any explicit bucket tags in your task text - if a task already has @today, @inbox, or any other bucket tag, that will take precedence over the bold formatting.
